Today was our second time at Point Butcher Shop! Tim and his staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Short ribs and apple sausage, and hamburger were all great. This trip, more good hamburger, hard to find in stores, so we bought more. Also we bought Korean style ribs. Also wonderful. We drive from Hollister, the meat is that good!!! This is the kind of place where the workers and owners know their customers names. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and both guys working introduced themselves. Got chicken squers and a ribeye. Had them cut the ribeye in half and got two steaks out of it.  Both were delicious. Will definitely be back.
